Job Description: We have a fantastic opportunity to join a Local Authority in the North West as a Locum Residential Property Lawyer. The client is looking for someone to work on a hybrid basis, with one day a week in office, but will consider fully remote candidates. The client is looking for someone to start at the beginning of April, for an initial period of 6 months with potential to extend beyond.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling a high-volume caseload of residential files within a Local Authority setting
  • Focus will be on supporting the Right to Buy team in getting through the current volume of instructions
  • Scope to do some commercial/alternative work alongside if working the post on a full-time basis

Hourly Rate: £55ph Umbrella

Recent Property Law experience is essential as they need candidates that can hit the ground running. Local Government experience is also highly desirable.
