Managing Associate - Rural Property DisputesOpportunity for an experienced Property Litigation expert with knowledge of Farms and Estates to join a top tier firm based in their Manchester City Centre offices which is known for their expertise in agricultural law. You will collaborate to deliver the best legal and commercial solutions on complex, high-value farming and land disputes, with both regional and national scope.

Your Role:

You will play a key role in the ongoing growth of the Rural Property practice and the broader Real Estate team. Leading on litigation matters, supervising junior team members, and collaborating with other teams, including energy and developer groups, will be central to your responsibilities.

About You:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 8 years PQE.
  • Extensive experience in Rural Law with a specialisation in litigation.
  • Expertise in landlord/tenant disputes, farming partnership disputes, right of way disputes, and other rural land-related cases.
  • Strong regional presence with excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • Proactive in business development and understanding the commercial context of your clients.
