Role – Military Solicitor
Role Overview:
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced solicitor to manage a caseload of military claims against the Ministry of Defence and industrial disease cases. This role demands in-depth knowledge of personal injury litigation, specifically military and industrial disease claims, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and litigate complex military and industrial disease claims, both pre-litigated and litigated
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law
- Handle high-value and intricate cases with confidence and precision
- Maintain excellent client communication and ensure top-tier client care
- Achieve financial targets and contribute to team profitability
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience handling complex claims, particularly against the Ministry of Defence and industrial disease cases
- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, military claims, and industrial disease regulations
- Proven ability to manage a high caseload and deliver quality results under deadlines
- Excellent drafting, advocacy, and communication skills
- Proficiency with case management systems (e.g. PROCLAIM) and Microsoft Office Suite
