They are seeking a newly qualified (NQ) solicitor to join their highly regarded Commercial Property team in their Manchester office.Role Overview: As an NQ Solicitor in the Commercial Property team, you will play a key role in supporting a wide variety of clients, including major national and international businesses, property developers, investors, and public sector organizations. You will assist with a broad range of commercial property matters, gaining exposure to high-profile transactions and complex legal issues.This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious lawyer to develop their expertise in commercial property law and work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the industry.Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and developments.

  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to provide strategic advice to clients across various sectors.

  • Support the team with research and due diligence on commercial property matters.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified solicitor (0-3 years' PQE) with experience or strong interest in commercial property law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills.
  • Proactive, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A team player, eager to contribute to the success and growth of the firm.
