Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability matters, providing expert legal advice
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements and settlement offers
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and client outcomes
  • Maintain regular client communication, building strong relationships and offering timely advice
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective strategies for claim resolution

About You

  • Newly qualified solicitor (0-1 years of post-qualification experience) with demonstrated experience on public liability and employers liability matters
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality case management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to working within a team and across departments
