- A minimum of 1 year PQE, CILEX qualification, or equivalent experience in handling litigated cases.
- Strong experience in occupiers’ and public liability litigation, with a focus on fast track cases.
- The ability to handle a varied caseload and demonstrate sound legal judgement.
- An interest in working on high-quality work sourced directly, without the involvement of CMCs.
- A driven, proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Competitive starting salary up to £55,000 depending on experience.
