The Role

As a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor at Slater Heelis, you will be an integral part of our Department, handling a variety of complex and high-profile files. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with over 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to lead on significant cases, mentor junior solicitors, and contribute to the strategic development and success of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex litigation matters
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of matters, ensuring high standards of client care and service
  • Conduct and manage comprehensive due diligence processes
  • Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Play a key role in the growth of the Department through networking, marketing initiatives, and client relationship management
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in litigation and contribute to the firm's knowledge base

To be successful in applying for this role, you must possess excellent client care skills, you need to be technically strong with an eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively.

You must also be reliable, organised, able to work in a busy environment, possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
