Role OverviewWe are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and ambitious law firm seeking an experienced lawyer to join their Occupiers' Liability (OL) and Public Liability (PL) department.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre- and post-issue fast track OL/PL cases, ensuring effective case progression and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile/Experience NeededThe ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven ability to manage and bill a litigated caseload.
  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with 1+ PQE. Alternatively non-qualified candidates with relevant experience and a proven track record will also be considered.
  • Tenacity and commitment to advancing cases to litigation, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
  • Experience handling fast-track OL/PL cases, including non-portal claims.
  • Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and familiarity with Proclaim case management systems.
  • Experience managing cases from inception through to trial or disposal hearings, with a keen eye for detail and strategy.
