Your new companyOur client is a top PI law firm based in the North West. They are ranked in the Top 100 law firms and have been recognised by the Legal 500 for over a decade. They are currently recruiting a Personal Injury Prisoner Claims Lawyer to join their industry-leading team during a period of growth. Your new roleThis Personal Injury Prisoner Claims Lawyer role will see you handle pre- and post-issue prison injuries. The majority of injuries will be of a fast-track nature, however, there may be the opportunity to hand a caseload of intermediate and multi-track cases.What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified solicitor/CILEx. Non-qualified applicants with significant experience may also be considered. Previous experience managing your own litigated caseload of CICA claims or fast-track public liability cases from inception to completion is essential. Successful applicants will have a proven billing record handling a litigated caseload and a tenacious attitude towards the work they do.
