A Manchester based Law Firm specialising in Personal Injury, Commercial and Family Law are expanding their Personal Injury Team and is looking for an experienced solicitor with experience in handling Personal Injury Cases (RTA and EL/PL).

The position can be remote (home), office-based or a combination of the two. For home based roles, occasional office attendance will be required.

This role would be suitable for a qualified solicitor/fee earner who has significant recent fast-track PI experience.

You will be responsible for handling a caseload of RTA and EL PL Files progressing through stages 1, 2 and 3 of the MOJ/OIC Portal, along with infant claims, MIB untraced and foreign claims.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience (4+ years) managing a caseload of Fast Track PI matters
  • Previous experience using Proclaim case management software
