Motor Fraud Solicitor

A nationally renowned firm with a stellar reputation is expanding its specialist Motor Fraud team and is seeking an experienced Defendant Solicitor to act on Motor Fraud and Credit Hire claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of fast-track and multi-track claims where fraud is suspected
  • Handling direct instructions from insurers, and managing internal referrals involving commercial, public sector and insurance clients
  • Overseeing day-to-day case management autonomously and a spart of a wider team
  • Utilising a specialist team for intelligence searches and counter fraud enquiries

Skills & Experience Required

  • Personal Injury
  • Credit Hire
  • Property damage
  • Completing MI procedures as required
  • Meeting financial and chargeable targets
  • Adhering to deadlines, SLAs, quality measures and KPIs
  • Complying with relevant policies and procedures

About the Ideal Candidate

  • A Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a strong interest in fraud
  • 4+ Years PQE (preferred but not essential; candidates below 4+ PQE are encouraged to apply)
  • Experience handling defendant Motor claims is essential
  • Experience with defendant fraud claims is desirable
  • Knowledge of Credit Hire
  • Strong caseload management, drafting, communication, and team working skills
