The Opportunity

Join a dynamic Property Litigation team as a Director within a leading law firm based in Manchester City Centre. Leading a team of fee earners who specialise in complex property litigation cases which are high-value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a team which ranges from trainee to senior associate.
  • Handle a range of commercial property disputes, including landlord and tenant, asset management, and development work.
  • Work with senior team members nationally to expand the Manchester footprint in the market.
Skills and experience required
  • 8-10 years+ PQE property litigation.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Confident and personable with excellent client management and case management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial with a drive to grow the practice.
