Real Estate Litigation Legal DirectorManchesterA Top 100 Law firm with a strong Real Estate presence in the North are looking to appoint a Senior Lawyer within their growing Manchester team. This is an outstanding opportunity to stand out in your own right as a Real Estate Litigation specialist with clear routes into partnership.Ideally you will be 7+ years PQE gained at a top regional or national firm and possess a strong academic profile. You will help build and manage a varied caseload working with an enviable client base whilst also driving business development to increase market share with new and existing clients. You will have excellent client management skills and will be used to operating at client facing level, building long term relationships and networks with ranging businesses and clients.  You will also need good leadership skills to compliment the other team members as there will be junior members of staff whose work you will be asked to oversee.Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work or commute to the Manchester area in the future.
