- Lead and manage complex real estate transactions from inception to completion.
- Provide expert legal advice on commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
- Collaborate with partners and supervise junior associates, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Liaise with other departments within the firm (e.g., corporate, banking) to offer comprehensive legal services.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and firm policies in all transactions.
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5+ years of PQE in Real Estate law, ideally in a reputable firm.
- Proven experience handling high-value, complex commercial property transactions.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, including landlord/tenant, development, and investment property matters.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver commercial solutions.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior team members.
