The Real Estate team is at the heart of the business, advising major clients on complex property transactions, development projects, and asset management. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Associate to join their dynamic and growing team.The Role:As a Senior Real Estate Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and managing a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions. You will work closely with developers, investors, landlords, and corporate clients, overseeing large-scale commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex real estate transactions from inception to completion.
  • Provide expert legal advice on commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
  • Collaborate with partners and supervise junior associates, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Liaise with other departments within the firm (e.g., corporate, banking) to offer comprehensive legal services.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and firm policies in all transactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 5+ years of PQE in Real Estate law, ideally in a reputable firm.
  • Proven experience handling high-value, complex commercial property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law, including landlord/tenant, development, and investment property matters.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver commercial solutions.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior team members.
  • Commercially driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
