You'll manage a diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, new-builds, and more. You'll also work closely with the Head of Department, deputising in their absence and manage a team across multiple offices. What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. You should be results-driven with a high level of competence in conveyancing.
