The firm is known for its exceptional client service and expertise across a range of practice areas. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented and driven Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 1+ years PQE to join their well-established and dynamic property team.Role Overview:The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, freehold, and shared ownership matters. You will work within a supportive team, handling matters from inception through to completion, whilst providing first-class legal advice to clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
  • Provide expert advice on all aspects of residential property law, including sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, and new builds.
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other relevant documentation.
  • Keep clients informed of case developments and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work towards departmental and firm-wide goals, maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas as required.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of residential property law.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to managing caseloads and deadlines.
  • A passion for delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships.
  • Good IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems.
