ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. Your role will involve providing practical, client-focused legal solutions, acting as a trusted adviser in all aspects of residential property law. You will work on a wide range of matters, including:

  • Portfolios and buy-to-let properties
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs)
  • Property transactions for high-net-worth individuals and property investors

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in the Commercial Property, Tax, and Estate Planning teams to deliver comprehensive legal services to clients.
