As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (at least 1-year PQE), you will handle all aspects of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
This is a full-time role based in the Manchester office.
About You:
- Qualified solicitor (at least 1-year PQE) with a valid practising certificate
- Proven experience in handling residential property transactions
- Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures and legal regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
