Are you a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for your next exciting challenge? Look no further! This firm is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Solicitor to join its exciting firm in the Manchester office.

As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (at least 1-year PQE), you will handle all aspects of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

This is a full-time role based in the Manchester office.

About You:

  • Qualified solicitor (at least 1-year PQE) with a valid practising certificate
  • Proven experience in handling residential property transactions
  • Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures and legal regulations
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
  • Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
