Senior Family Lawyer - In House Manchester

Salary: Up to 48,000 (dependent on experience) plus excellent benefitsLocation: Manchester City Centre - hybrid workingHours: Full-time (37.5 hours), part-time considered

TSR Legal are proud to be working with a national organisation who are currently seeking Senior Family Law Solicitors to join their growing Family Law team due to continued expansion.

In this role, you will manage a diverse range of family law cases from start to finish with a focus on delivering excellent client service. You will use your legal expertise to secure the best outcomes for your clients while working collaboratively with your team. No need to bring an existing client base or conduct business development. The firm are committed to your development and will support your career growth in a dynamic and expanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, using strong negotiation skills to achieve the best results for clients
  • Record case details accurately using our case management system
  • Meet individual and team chargeable time and cost targets
  • Draft and review legal documents and correspondence
  • Provide guidance and line management support to associate solicitors - line management duties

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified solicitor or CILEX, with experience managing privately funded family law cases
  • Proven track record of meeting chargeable and billing targets
  • Proficient in using case management systems and general IT skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
