Senior Family Law SolicitorManchester/HybridSalary: Negotiable, dependent on experience  A prestigious boutique law firm is seeking a Senior Family Law Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE to join its busy Manchester office. With a strong focus on advocacy, complex divorce cases, and high-net-worth clients, this is an opportunity to work on high-profile matters and make a real impact.The Role:
  • Managing a caseload of complex divorce, financial settlements, and private children law matters, often involving high-net-worth individuals, business assets, and international elements.
  • Conducting advocacy in court, representing clients in contested financial and children’s proceedings.
  • Advising high-profile and high-net-worth clients, ensuring discretion, strategic thinking, and a commercially aware approach.
  • Liaising with expert witnesses, forensic accountants, and barristers to build strong cases.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and paralegals, fostering talent within the team.
  • Networking and business development, maintaining the firm’s strong reputation and high-calibre client base.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years’ PQE in family law, with significant experience in high-value divorce and financial settlements.
  • Strong advocacy skills, with experience representing clients in contested hearings.
  • A proven ability to handle high-net-worth and complex cases with discretion and strategic insight.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a commercially aware approach.
  • A proactive mindset, with a focus on business development and client relationships.
