An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join my clients team on a hybrid basis in their Manchester offices.

My client is seeking a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years experience in handling Personal Injury cases. You will work as part of a well-established team on a variety of serious injury claims. You will assist lawyers in the team on cases involving road traffic accidents, employer’s liability claims and public liability claims.

The successful candidate will have a track record of progressing personal injury matters, will be supported by the Serious Injury department and will be joining a friendly team that works collaboratively to deliver the best results for clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Speaking with and advising clients.• Reviewing evidence and records.• Drafting letters of instruction, court documents and Instructions to Counsel.• Attending conferences with Counsel and court hearings.

Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years’ personal injury experience.• Experience with serious injury claims is preferred but not essential.• Commitment to delivering excellent client care/ service.• Ability to work sympathetically and effectively with a wide range of clients with differing needs.• Ability to scrutinize and fact-check both internal and court reports.• Excellent organisational skills and time management skills.• Ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike.• Be keen to learn, interested in driving your own career progression and be proactive in taking ownership of this
