A top tier, international Law Firm is looking for a Senior Housing Litigation Solicitor to join their Legal 500 Recognised department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced social housing litigation lawyer to work closely with some of the firms largest clients.

Their social housing litigation team is thriving and you will be working with some of the industry’s leading solicitors to shape the development of the team and make a real different for their social housing clients.

They are looking for a Senior Associate (6+ years PQE), responsible for:

  • supervise members of the team on a variety of cases to include housing disrepair, statutory nuisance claims, anti-social behaviour claims and injunctions, possession proceedings and housing related personal injury claims.
  • Handling a range of civil litigation claims on behalf of social housing providers
  • You will be assisting on challenging social housing claims and running your own caseload to include a variety of housing disrepair, statutory nuisance claims, anti-social behaviour claims and injunctions, possession proceedings and housing related personal injury claims.

The ideal candidate with be experienced in handling a Civil litigation caseload with experience in a social housing context. Broad experience in social housing litigation is essential as well as experience supervising a team.

Salary up to £70,000 + hybrid working (2 days in the office) and an excellent benefits package.
