The Role - Solicitor

We are actively seeking a Solicitor to join our Insolvency team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who is either an experienced Insolvency lawyer or otherwise someone from ideally a Litigation (likely Commercial) or Corporate law background who is keen to develop their experience.

  • The position will play a key role in advising clients, managing complex cases, and providing strategic legal solutions.
  • Managing a mixed caseload of insolvency matters.
  • Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, legal experts, and stakeholders to build robust cases and resolve disputes effectively
  • Contribute to business development within the team.
  • Developing a network of personal contacts and a personal profile in the area of work.
  • Reviewing bad debts and dealing directly with clients on outstanding costs where necessary.
  • Future focused - with a strong commitment to professional development and staying updated with the latest legal/regulatory trends and precedents

For the more senior level position there is opportunity to lead the team in the near future and therefore have strategic design over the ongoing success of the department.
