Title:

  • Assistant Quality Manager

Skills & Experience of the Assistant Quality Manager:

  • Completed apprenticeship in the commercial with an emphasis on QA
  • Preferably professional experience, relating to the distribution of primary packaging made of glass, plastic or metal
  • Competent handling of internal customers and suppliers
  • NVQ (Level 3 or 4)

Role and Responsibilities of the Assistant Quality Manager:

  • Analyzing and assessing customer complaints.
  • Coordinating and conducting root cause analyses.
  • Keeping all involved parties informed about the status complaints.
  • Communication and negotiation with suppliers about complaint status and preventative actions
  • Creating and maintaining complaint reports.
  • Analyzing complaint data to identify trends and systemic issues.
  • Regular reporting to management on the status and development of complaint handling.
  • Collaborating closely with the technical support team to resolve technical issues.
  • Supporting the implementation and follow-up of these measures.
  • Support in answering documentation requests from customers
  • Supporting internal and external audits in quality management.

Salary:

  • Up to £35,000 depending on experience
