Randstad is looking for an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Manchester. In this pivotal role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the educational experience of our students through strategic behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management plans and strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Enhanced DBS on the updated service is mandatory (or willingness to apply for one).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
