About Us:

We are a rapidly expanding multinational plastic manufacturer, with a strong focus on innovation and growth. As part of our exciting journey, we are looking to welcome a dedicated Supply Chain Planner/Production Planner to our team.

Role: Supply Chain Planner/Production Planner

Key Responsibilities:

- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all Health and Safety procedures.

- Production Planning & Coordination: Work with management to plan and optimize production schedules based on customer orders and operational needs.

- Process Improvement: Assist with implementing engineering changes on production lines to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Problem Solving: Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Regularly communicate with other departments, including Sales, to ensure alignment on production schedules, customer commitments, and quality standards.

- Production Monitoring: Track and update production status and progress, ensuring timely completion and resolving potential delays.

- Inventory Management: Manage and review raw materials, inventory processes, and ensure there are no shortages or excesses in stock.

- Cost Control: Monitor and identify opportunities to reduce production costs while maintaining quality and meeting customer requirements.

- Reporting: Provide detailed progress reports during daily meetings, highlight any issues, and support decision-making.

- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the Citrix system with up-to-date production data, BOM, and routings, and contribute to annual stocktaking and other administrative tasks as needed.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
