Conveyancing Assistant
Our client is a leading property investment company with a strong presence in the UK. They specialise in connecting developers with investors, offering exclusive off-market opportunities and strategic insights. They are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team.
The Conveyancing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the conveyancing process from the exchange of contracts through to completion, ensuring all transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, excellent at liaising with clients and professionals, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in managing the conveyancing process from the exchange of contracts through to legal completion, ensuring a seamless transaction.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure all parties remain informed of the progress.
- Provide regular updates to buyers, answering queries and addressing concerns throughout the process.
- Ensure all legal documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the conveyancing process, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all data is recorded on the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and build strong internal relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring buyers receive a high level of support and care throughout the transaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions quickly.
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of the property industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to think independently and add personality to client interactions.
- Basic salary up to £30,000
