Are you organised, detail-oriented, and have excellent document production skills? Our client, a leading legal firm, is seeking a Document Production Specialist to join their team. This is a permanent position with the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to have a better work-life balance.

As a Document Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting all fee earners and ensuring that essential tasks are effectively managed.

Utilising your document production skills, you will type lengthy documents, format them in accordance with the firm's house style, and make any necessary amendments using track changes and cross-referencing.

In addition, you will be responsible for various tasks such as running document comparisons, and using electronic signature platforms like DocuSign. Your ability to transcribe handwritten or audio notes accurately will be essential.

Your excellent communication skills will be put to good use as you interact with clients, contacts, and internal staff, always maintaining a courteous and professional manner. Your attention to detail will be key as you create new clients, matters, and contacts in the database, following the firm's procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must excel in document production skills and have experience with case management systems. Your proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel will be a valuable asset, as well as your audio typing experience. Your ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy, will be highly regarded.
