A Manchester-based specialty insurance heavyweight that focuses on SMEs and Fortune 3000 companies is looking for a competent legal administrator to join its civil litigation team.  You’ll be supporting fee earners, handling post, coordinating court hearings and liaising with 3rd parties, assisting with diary management and travel arrangements, preparing bundles and filing and service legal documents. The work is fast-moving, varied and exciting, and you will receive full training with internal practices and procedures.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure all files are set up and maintained with requisite standards
  • Liaise with existing clients and potential clients
  • Handle all post and ensure it is distributed accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Co-ordinate court hearings
  • Assist fee earners with diary management, travel arrangements, billing, file closure and archiving
  • Prepare bundles and support the development of the team where you can
