Our well-established team is looking for a proactive and skilled Personal Assistant to support a Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, thriving legal environment where your contributions will directly support the success of our team.

What they are Looking For:

  • Legal Secretarial Experience: Ideally in Personal Injury or Civil Litigation.
  • Strong IT Skills: You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent command of English spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Audio Typing: Speed of 65+ words per minute is a distinct advantage.
  • Proactive & Organised: You thrive in managing diaries, arranging meetings, and using your initiative to support our team.
  • Client-Centric: You’ll be interacting with clients both in person and over the phone, so professionalism and a friendly manner are key.

Bonus Skills (Desirable but not Essential):

  • Knowledge of the Proclaim case management system
  • Experience with court forms, creating pleadings, and digital dictation (Big Hand)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare correspondence and documents through audiotyping and word processing
  • Manage filing systems and ensure files are retrieved efficiently
  • Organise appointments and diaries
  • Provide excellent client care in line with the 4-service promise
  • Support the secretarial and admin teams as required
