They're seeking a proactive and experienced Legal Administrator to support our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise a high volume of legal documentation remotely, including residential property details, claims, and client updates.
  • Prepare and deliver client communications, including photos and relevant documents.
  • Maintain and update the in-house CRM and tracking system, ensuring all correspondence and documents are accurately logged.
  • Oversee and manage the Managing Director's inbox, responding to emails on their behalf in a professional and timely manner.
  • Track and categorise incoming emails, extracting key information and entering it into the system.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and efficient responses to all inquiries.
  • Occasionally attend trade shows, conferences, and other events as required.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a legal administrative role, such as Legal Administrator, Legal Secretary, PA, or similar, within the legal sector - ideally with a focus on property law (residential or commercial).
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely, maintaining high standards of organisation and efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of property law, with hands-on experience in both commercial and residential property matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels.
