Legal Secretary - Temporary

Eccles Area

£15 per hour

Our client is a professional and friendly Legal Firm who are looking for a Legal Secretary to support the conveyancing department during this busy period starting immediately. You will be providing secretarial support to the partners and fee earners.

As a Legal Secretary your duties will include:

  • The role will involve a high volume of audio typing and drafting documents, so you must have fast and accurate typing speeds
  • Ideally you will have recent experience in Conveyancing and be able to hit the ground running!
  • Experience with completing land registry forms
  • Answer calls and deal with queries
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

As a Legal Secretary you will have the following key skills:

  • Fast and accurate audio typing
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Superb team player
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
