Position: Senior Legal Solutions Engineer

About the Role:

As a Senior Legal Solutions Engineer, you will:

  • Evaluate & Implement Solutions: Assess technical feasibility, gather requirements, and design legal tech solutions.
  • Leverage AI & Emerging Tech: Integrate AI tools and advise on their benefits and risks.
  • Train & Support: Provide training and support for legal tech tools, mentoring junior team members.
  • Governance & Innovation: Develop standard operating procedures and promote innovative tech uses.
  • Client Engagement: Support client pitches by showcasing our legal tech capabilities.

Experience and Knowledge:

Essential:

  • 5+ years developing custom solutions on platforms like HighQ and BRYTER.
  • Strong understanding of legal documents, processes, and workflows.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and project management.
  • Ability to explain tech solutions in non-technical terms.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (CoPilot Studio, PowerBi, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Broad IT skills including SQL.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking Framework.
  • Experience in a law firm.
