Position: Senior Legal Solutions Engineer
About the Role:
As a Senior Legal Solutions Engineer, you will:
- Evaluate & Implement Solutions: Assess technical feasibility, gather requirements, and design legal tech solutions.
- Leverage AI & Emerging Tech: Integrate AI tools and advise on their benefits and risks.
- Train & Support: Provide training and support for legal tech tools, mentoring junior team members.
- Governance & Innovation: Develop standard operating procedures and promote innovative tech uses.
- Client Engagement: Support client pitches by showcasing our legal tech capabilities.
Experience and Knowledge:
Essential:
- 5+ years developing custom solutions on platforms like HighQ and BRYTER.
- Strong understanding of legal documents, processes, and workflows.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and project management.
- Ability to explain tech solutions in non-technical terms.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (CoPilot Studio, PowerBi, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Broad IT skills including SQL.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking Framework.
- Experience in a law firm.
