Are you looking for a Legal Team Assistant role in an International Law Firm? If yes, then this role may be for you!

The role is a full time, permanent position, and is office based offering 23k a year!

You would be supporting solicitors partners and legal PA’s with administration support and the duties would include:

  • Filing and file management, including opening and closing files
  • Producing and engrossing documents
  • Obtaining official copy documents
  • Assistant at seminars for both internal and external events
  • Maintaining filing and document management systems
  • Scanning, photocopying and printing when needed
  • Filling of documents, correspondence and other documentation
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing post
  • Covering reception when required
  • Provide cover for other administrative staff if required

You will need to be enthusiastic and flexible, a self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail, an effective team player, the ability to use initiative to effectively prioritise demands and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

It is desirable for the candidate to have previous experience in a administrative role. It is however essential to have a throughout understanding in Microsoft Office programmes.
