- Drafting witness statements
- Attending conferences with counsel and experts, taking detailed notes
- Preparing court documents and bundles
- Reviewing and collating records, medical reports, and case law
- Researching liability and quantum
- Liaising with clients and updating them on case progress
- Preparing instructions for medical experts and counsel
- Handling billing and disbursement payments
- Previous experience in Personal Injury law, particularly catastrophic injury claims
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, with an empathetic approach to client care
- A strong academic background
- Experience with Proclaim Case Management System (preferred, but not essential)
- A minimum of 25 days’ annual leave, with additional leave based on length of service
