Commercial Paralegal

We are working with a well-established, multi-discipline firm that specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing, personal injury, litigation and more. They go above and beyond for their clients, have a great reputation within the market and are currently looking for a Commercial Paralegal to join their growing team.

Duties

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
  • Conducting legal research and preparing reports for internal and client use
  • Managing case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Assisting with corporate transactions, including due diligence and document preparation
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues and third parties to progress matters
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc legal projects as required

You

  • Strong academic background
  • Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent is preferred
  • Previous experience as a paralegal in a commercial or corporate legal environment is essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to remain organised at all times
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
