The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. You will assist solicitors with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, from inception to closing, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed as a Commercial Property Paralegal at this well-established law firm, you will need a minimum of 12 months of experience in commercial real estate transactions, strong organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
