Conveyancing Paralegal

A well-respected firm in the legal industry, is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their dynamic team in Didsbury. This firm is renowned for providing high-quality work and fostering a supportive and progressive environment.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Conveyancing Paralegal in Didsbury, you will be responsible for all pre-completion work, including setting up files, ordering searches, conducting ID and AML checks, and maintaining client contact. You will also liaise with various public and private bodies. Post-completion duties will include handling SDLT, preparing completion statements, managing registration, and closing files. Additionally, you will cover the switchboard during receptionist absences and assist with general overflow of telephone calls. This is not a fee earning role. The salary for this Conveyancing Paralegal role is highly competitive, ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 for the right candidate. The firm offers hybrid working arrangements after the probation period, ensuring a balance between professional and personal life.
