Duties:
As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you will manage all aspects of the residential process for the firm's clients.
- Preparing memos of sales and auction packs.
- Reviewing residential titles upon client instruction and providing comprehensive Reports on Title.
- Preparing, reviewing, and issuing sales contracts and supporting documents.
- Managing the exchange of contracts in a timely manner.
- Handling post-sales matters, including the distribution of surplus funds where applicable.
