Job Title - Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Location - Manchester City Centre

Salary - Competitive DOE

Duties:

As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you will manage all aspects of the residential process for the firm's clients.

  • Preparing memos of sales and auction packs.
  • Reviewing residential titles upon client instruction and providing comprehensive Reports on Title.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and issuing sales contracts and supporting documents.
  • Managing the exchange of contracts in a timely manner.
  • Handling post-sales matters, including the distribution of surplus funds where applicable.
