Corporate Paralegal

A firm are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their esteemed Corporate team. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions will be highly valued.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Paralegal in Corporate, you will be integral in preparing and reviewing board minutes, handling security registrations and releases, drafting and reviewing short form loan agreements, managing general CP tasks, and drafting post-transaction wrap-up reports. This Paralegal role is pivotal to the team's success and growth.The salary for this Paralegal position is competitive, and the benefits package includes 25 days' holiday (with the potential to increase to 32 days through a loyalty recognition programme), an option to purchase an additional five days each year, a pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, and income protection insurance.
