- Assisting solicitors with case management, including drafting correspondence, reports, and statements.
- Handling property and affairs work, managing cash flow, arranging payments, and maintaining meticulous transaction records.
- Acting as a key liaison with clients, families, medical professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing court applications and ensuring compliance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and SRA Code of Conduct.
