About the Firm:A well-established and highly regarded Top 100 law firm based in Manchester is currently seeking an experienced EL/PL/OL Fee Earner to join its expanding personal injury department. Recognised in the Legal 500, the firm is known for its exceptional results, client-focused approach, and investment in employee growth and development.

The Role:You will be responsible for managing a caseload of fast- and multi-track Employers’, Public and Occupiers’ Liability matters from instruction through to settlement or trial. You will benefit from the support of a dedicated assistant or paralegal, allowing you to focus on progressing files efficiently and delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a caseload of EL/PL/OL claims
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements and prepare cases for litigation
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, medical experts, and counsel
  • Meet individual performance and billing targets
  • Mentor and guide junior staff when required
  • Adhere to internal compliance protocols and regulatory standards

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years' experience in EL/PL/OL personal injury claims
  • A solid understanding of litigation processes and the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Demonstrated success in managing cases through to trial
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
