Exciting Opportunity for a Paralegal in Personal Injury (EL/PL Team)My client has an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a dynamic and supportive Personal Injury team based in the heart of Manchester. As part of a collaborative team, you will support five fee earners and work closely with two other paralegals/trainees. This role offers the perfect chance to develop your legal knowledge and skills within the field of Personal Injury, specifically focusing on EL/PL cases.If you're passionate about learning, handling a variety of cases, and looking to develop your legal career, this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting CNFs and client/witness statements
  • Preparing instructions to medical experts and counsel
  • Drafting Schedules of Loss, court documents, and preparing court bundles
  • Requesting, reviewing, and collating medical records
  • Conducting case law research on liability and quantum
  • Liaising with clients and keeping them updated on case progress
  • Handling billing and disbursement payments
About You: We’re looking for a candidate who has some experience in EL/PL work, though if you have broader Personal Injury experience, they would still love to hear from you. You should be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges within a supportive team.Benefits:
