Open communication and teamwork are at the heart of this role.- **High Standards**: Join a firm that maintains high standards through regular performance management and training, ensuring excellence in all aspects of work.#### Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive legal support to Paralegals and Solicitors.- Manage a shared inbox, prioritising and responding to emails promptly.- Handle a variety of tasks including answering calls, booking Counsel and Experts, opening client files, and drafting correspondence.- Chase responses from courts, prosecution, police, and other relevant parties.- Manage client payments and raise invoices.- Prepare claims to recover costs from the court for successful cases.#### Ideal Candidate Profile:- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in administrative roles, with at least 2 years using Proclaim or an equivalent case management system. Experience in a law firm is essential - **Skills**: Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), excellent communication and telephone customer service skills, and the ability to prioritise and organise tasks effectively.- **Attributes**: Optimistic, enthusiastic, reliable, resilient, proactive, and accountable. Must be approachable, non-judgmental, and strictly adhere to confidentiality.#### Qualifications:- GCSEs in English, Maths, and IT at Grade C or above.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment and is motivated by helping others.
