Role Overview

As a New Enquiries Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, managing initial inquiries and onboarding new cases. Your role will involve:

  • Responding to new inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assisting clients with insurance policies.
  • Scheduling appointments with enquiry agents.
  • Sending out initial paperwork and gathering relevant case documents.
  • Collaborating with partners and fee earners to assess cases.
  • Utilizing online systems such as AskCu, AskMid, and ELTO.
  • Preparing Claim Notification Form paperwork for the Claims Portal.
  • Supporting fee earners as needed.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law or another legal field.
  • Has a passion for client care and a desire to learn.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Is a team player with excellent communication abilities.
