My client is a multi award winning, top tier Legal 500 law firm with offices across the nation. They are currently seeking a Paralegal (real estate) to join their team in Manchester due to expansion!The role and duties:

Title and document review exercises and the preparation of reports
Ordering conveyancing searches and reporting on the results
Post completion activities
Basic conveyancing tasks

About you:

Experience with the above legal matters
Good attention to detail
Experience in working with Proclaim, Lender exchange and LMS (preferably)
Exceptional communication and organisation skills
