- Minimum of 12 months’ experience handling Housing Disrepair claims
- Proven ability to manage a caseload from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, litigation trends, and precedent
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
- Excellent client care and the ability to deliver results
- Tenacity and enthusiasm to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Proclaim case management system experience (preferred)
- Salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience
- Generous commission structure – no caps, paid monthly
