Daily you’ll be:

  • Dealing with all aspects of the residential process on behalf of our clients, mortgage lenders, who have repossessed residential properties due to mortgage arrears or another breach.
  • Dealing with preparation of memos of sales and auction packs
  • Reviewing residential titles on instruction from Client and providing Reports on title.
  • Deal with clients and solicitors in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and issuing sales contracts and supporting documents.
  • Answering client queries, providing status advice, and keeping all parties informed on progress of sale.
  • Liaise with asset managers to provide a smooth transaction.
  • Dealing with exchange of Contracts in a timely manner.
