- Drafting witness statements
- Attending conferences with counsel and medical experts, and taking detailed notes
- Preparing court documents and court bundles
- Obtaining and reviewing medical records
- Reviewing medical reports
- Researching case law on liability and quantum
- Liaising with clients to provide case progress updates
- Preparing instructions to medical experts and counsel
- Assisting with billing and disbursement payments
- Experience in Personal Injury work, with exposure to catastrophic injury claims
- The ability to work proactively and deliver high-quality work to meet the standards of senior fee earners
- Excellent client care skills with a professional and empathetic approach
- A strong academic record
- Experience with Proclaim Case Management System (advantageous but not essential)
